To be able to purchase from hauteclaire, you will need to have an email address. All ordering and payment arrangements are done via emails.
To place an order, please send an email to hauteclaireshoppe@gmail.com with the following details:
- Name
- Address
- Contact Information (email/phone)
- Item Name
- Size and Color (if applicable)
- Quantity
We will reply with the availability and payment details for the item as soon as possible. We currently only accept POSB/DBS/UOB/OCBC bank transfers for orders within Singapore, but if you make your orders from other countries, we will provide you with other payment options. Note that placing an order for an item implies your intention of purchasing it and we will reserve the piece for you. Items not paid for within the next 24 hours will be put back up for sale without further notification, unless other arrangements have been agreed upon.
Once we receive the necessary payment, an available item will be mailed to you in 1-2 working days. A confirmation email will be promptly sent to you. If you opt for registered mail, we will also provide you with the tracking number of the item, allowing you to monitor the status of the delivery online through the SingPost website (http://www.singpost.com.sg/ra/ra_article_status.asp).
If the item you are interested in is not available and we are able to get hold of additional stocks, we will put you on the waiting list and notify you through email as soon as they arrive. We apologise that some limited edition items, once sold, will not be available anymore.
Do let us know if you want to purchase an item as a gift and have it sent to the recipient's address. hauteclaire will include a note to let the recipient know the gift is from you. You can even add your own message.
