- We accept payment through POSB/DBS/UOB/OCBC bank transfers for orders within Singapore.
- We strictly do not accept cash. If you do not have a bank account, we recommend a cash deposit at any POSB/DBS/UOB/OCBC branch.
- We currently do not accept PayPal. If you make your orders from other countries, let us know and we'll provide you with other payment options.
- Requesting for payment details for an item implies your intention of purchasing it and we will reserve the piece for you.
- Items not paid for within the next 24 hours will be put back up for sale without further notification, unless other arrangements have been agreed upon.
- All items available for sale are brand new products, either imported or self-manufactured by us.
- We are happy to facilitate item exchanges and refunds if you you are not satisfied with our products. You will only be expected to pay the postage fees.
- In all cases of refunds and exchanges, items must be returned to us within 7 working days. Exchanged items must not have been washed/worn and retain their brand new condition.
- Purchased item will be sent out via normal or registered post. Registered post is recommended as it comes with a tracking number that allows you to monitor the status of the delivery online through the SingPost website (http://www.singpost.com.sg/ra/ra_article_status.asp), is insured, and sent directly to your doorstep. In the event that there is no answer when a parcel arrives, a notification card will be left either in your letterbox or slotted under your door. You then have to proceed to the post office stated on the card within the next 10 working days to collect your parcel. For delivery within Singapore, Singpost usually takes 1-3 working days (exclusive of weekends/public holidays) to deliver registered parcels. Normal post, on the other hand, is not insured, so customers bear the risk of lost packages. Normal post cannot be tracked and sent to your mailbox like a normal letter. Singpost usually takes 2-7 working days to deliver normal post.
- Delivery within Singapore is free of charge. For delivery to other countries, international shipping fee/postage cost will be borne by the customers.
- We are not responsible for items lost in shipping/delivery. We will however call or send an email to SingPost to enquire on your behalf.
- Self-collection or meet-ups can be arranged upon request.
